For such a popular and busy playground it's a shame how poor the service is. First, it's very overpriced. Charging a family of 4 $40 for entry is redicilous. The free coffee size has changed to pretty much a shot glass. Bathrooms are dirty and tables are not regularly cleaned. Understaffed, waited a long time to leave because there was no staff at the front and no one was to be seen around. Air con not working on hot days, kids are overheating and sweaty. This place has so much potential with the right management.
